RETURNS

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded:

• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing, and for which this is not our fault
• Items not returned within 14 days of delivery
• You've ordered a Custom hoodie with a Instagram name on the sleeve

REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If so, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while for your refund to appear.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Refunds cannot be made for items that have been discounted.

EXCHANGE

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to info@ridrapparel.com and send the item to Elsbes 22, 3069LN Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

SHIPMENT

To return your item, you must send it to Elsbes 22, 3069LN Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long a replacement item will take to you depends on where you are.

If you send us an item with a value of more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
