Delivery time & shipping costs
We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to deliver orders within 1 week, if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we aim to deliver within 14 days. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
- € 4.25 for orders that fit through the letterbox
- €6.95 for orders under €100
- Free for orders from €100 (within the Netherlands)
EU:
- € 7,75 for orders that fit through the letterbox
- €13 for package orders
The rest of the world:
- € 11 for orders that fit through the letterbox
- €25,55 for package orders
With every order, a corresponding tracking code will be sent when the product has been shipped.
Delivery takes place via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
If for any reason, something goes wrong with your delivery, please contact your local parcel deliverer. We never take the responsibility if your package is not handed over properly.
